U-2 DragonLady Take off and CLIMB (COMING IN HD SOON)

I took the liberty of filming the whole climb of a U-2 from take off until you cant really hear it,this is not just filmed for sight but for sound as well,and yes this was taken by Beale AFB and if you want the coordinates for my filming location i cant tell! national security comes first,i know that contradicts the filming of this video but i am simply a U-2 lover and U-2 is not a band...

@pelagic6 Nope,they are using their pure jet power and wings baby! i will upload this in HD sometime in the coming months,they are such a beautyfull sounding plane,specially from this close of a shot,you can hear a faint snapping sound (similar to the shuttle ripple) for a few short seconds then it gets more calm and smooth,and i think this one just did a short climb to 20,000 or so,i apologize for the talking in the end ,he didnt know i was recording LOL stay tuned i have 7 more to upload......

Awesome. I've been stationed at Osan for eight months now and watching the U-2 go up never gets old. Never. I love that plane.

@StaffOfMagius thanks for the comment,im a big U-2 buff over here,ive grown up around beale all my life,Osan is were i wanna go when i get in the air force but for now im just in the CAP lol,the 5th RS is my fav squadron from the 9RW baby! IYAABYAS! give Oscar a pat on the head for me ;)

thanks for the comment! i will have more up to date and clear vids in the future.i love that roar and i hate when people pause the recording in the middle of a good ripple lmao so im out to change that,im a true beale spotter! i got a big passion for that plane.

These things made it tough to watch TV @ OSAN AFB at times. It sure made it more interesting as an Army person stationed there. :D (1999-2003)
