  • Rick, keeping the left hand down is a bad skill to teach a fighter. A fighter should always be in position to fight back. The best defense is to not be there for the punch... If her opponent was to loop the left-hook to the shoulder or step in strong with a straight right the fight will surely be over.

  • @blaquemark83 Thanks for your comment, but thats a subjective statement, some of the Best fighters in the world and in history have fought with the left hand down. Its a skill that I teach to those who have the ability to learn it, she does and continues to win bouts because of this style of boxing. The Great Sugar Ray Robinson and the Great Archie Moore used the low left hand Pull roll bend technique as well as James Toney and of Course Floyd Mayweather Jr., I teach it and it works,, Thanks

  • why would he teach her to keep her hand down? she has no business keeping her hands down. false confidence. any fighter would capitalize on that and make her pay.

  • @phatblackgurl619 Ahh, LOL,, Thanks,

  • @Meelodin I was thinking the same thing. These cats probably never even laced up a pair and got in there. Being in there live vs watching from outside is two different things. I can do way more out the shell and shots roll smoother.

This is a style..not the gospel folks. Somebody that has mastered a "style" is way more dangerous than a person following the mass of majority method/thinking out of a book and has not mastered anything other than keeping up their left hand. LOL

  • the left hand is so you can protect the body, just look at Floyd you can't hit him anywhere...

  • coach rick:

i practise the pull alot, but it happends often where i wake up the next day and my lower back is hurting. any suggestions? i recently started pulling back on the inside of the jab, instead of straight back, and i take a small step back with my back foot, it helps a bit.

  • tell that to floyd mayeather blaqumarket83, thats part of his defense using his shoulder instead of his glove.

  • Floyddd :)

  • Lmao

  • @vvibha3

what i know is that im 6'6" 312lbs and know 5 martial arts (check my facebook if you dont believe me), ....yeah id be raping the eggs out of this bitch before she got one of her midget jabs off

  • @TENNSUMITSUMA haha b4 u do dat she would hv kicked ur ass.knw nothng abt boxing idiot

  • @NextTime4U I sir have a drifiting hand also and use this it makes your opponent misjudge the distance between you an him because the fact your lead hand isnt as visible and at BLAQUEMARK83 if your chin is down as it should be and tucked into your lead shoulder you have nothing to worry about also moving your head helps if your playing rock and sockem with your opponent this wont work but if you move and use head movement and angles it does good video NextTime4U

  • Seems dangerous...but looks effective ima try it
