How much for the Happy Dog?

Excellent way to cook the ribs. Nice and tender. Egg On.

to do what I advised you might need the small V-rack-- looks like you're using the medium egg.

Hi Friend, just a bit of info from one egger to another, line the rib rack up parallel with the grill grate-- those legs counter sink-- making it VERY stable even with lopsided weight. Keep up the good cookin'!

at the end after you painted them with sauce did you close up the egg and let them cook or did you leave the egg open for the 15 minutes?

Put on the sauce and close the lid. I often put on two coats of the sauce so after 10 minutes or more I brush on a second coat. One of my new favorite sauces is one called "Anna Mae's Smokey Sweet Sauce" made by Robert Rothschild Farms. I buy it at Costco. Happy grilling! Did you grill your turkey?

Thanks for the great video. I have just gotten a BGE for fathers day and needed some tips as I am use to cooking and a regular charcoal grill.

I got mine for fathers day a few year back. I really enjoy it. I've got many videos to post including: marinated flank steak, standing rib roast, turkey, grilled asparagus, pork butt and beef tenderloin. Let me know if you have a request and i'll prioritize.
