The relics are coming to my state!! Finally!

Have they started the construction on the statute or is it still on a drawing plans. When is the start date of construction and when is projected completion date? There is not much documentation for future reference for the Maitreya Project.
I can't find any update what been completed like the preparation of the foundation.
