Putting geothermal systems in for about 30 lots near Kamloops, BC. This is a duplex that is going to have 6 loop DX system installed for heating and cooling both sides. Ground loops are copper and drill holes are just over 3" in diameter. Going down 100 feet.

  • Looks expensive.

  • @realestatenow DX only has 100 foot hole to drill compared to 300 feet in conventional geo. DX doesnt need pumps to pump the water/antifreeze solution. DX doesnt need a second heat exchanger to couple to the heat pump. It's a much better solution to the old style geo. It's really new, but you will see it popping up everywhere soon.
