@realestatenow DX only has 100 foot hole to drill compared to 300 feet in conventional geo. DX doesnt need pumps to pump the water/antifreeze solution. DX doesnt need a second heat exchanger to couple to the heat pump. It's a much better solution to the old style geo. It's really new, but you will see it popping up everywhere soon.
