True Allscripts tech support is among the worst in the industry. It takes months to get issues resolved. At one time they had the best tech support I had encountered. That was two years ago.

In my experience Allscripts is terrible- their support Sucks- We ordered a server from them and then a month later they said we set it up incorrectly- If this happened only once we would have said it was just a mistake but we have ordered several servers and later on we screwed up the intial setup- After we informed them they did it they said ohh- We found the issue--- Terrible experience-
