In Palo Alto California there are a group of wild parrots that escaped somehow and have lived there for years I see them all the time though lately I have not seen them as much. They are so noisy and they kinda look like this bird.

She is a small parrot, called a White-bellied Caique (pronounced Ky-eek). There is also a Black-headed Caique. Caique's are wild parrots from South America (Brazil). They are quite expensive and hard to find sometimes. You can find several Caique breeders in the US, if you do a Google search.
