Akira is a egotistical, vain, jealous, pain in the ass little bitch....but that is whats go awesome about her. The show wouldn't be half as funny if she was just a cute little girl who behaved like an angel. She is what makes Minoru so lovable because he deal with her shit, and it's funny to watch how he copes with some problems she causes "Whoa it went flying!" is an example.
All in all, maybe some of you hate her for being a bitch; but if it wasn't for her you wouldn't like Minoru as much.
