Fast TP Bike in Singapore

Spotted this scene just outside Singapore Botanic Garden. One TP (Traffic Police) bike stopped the traffic at a junction, then a few TP bikes flying across. And then followed by a White car believe to be some VIPs (Minister or President). Actually there's some more White cars and Van after the first car, but the traffic at my side is very busy and I can't capture them clearly. =(
