@ttiiyy That is because Fabian is immoral & a racists, & view people that are not Latino like parasite to this State of CA, like La Raza, La Mecha, basically a gangster mentality. Fabian does this politically, & legislatively. His son learned from his father racists viewpoint & hence does not value life other than his own. Like father like son. Mexican gangster mentality passed from father to son. Mexicans can drive a car without a licence or registration in CA & the cops cannot do anything, because they can not write them a ticket because they are illegal & do not show up in court, the cop cannot report to them INS or they are deem racist. While the rest of us are screwed with high insurance, hit & run with Mexicans with no insurance, while the TAXPAYER get our cars impounded when we forget our driver licence.
