Being treated in countries like this you don't know what to expect, hope you come out alive, but in the West you also don't know what to expect and must be happy to come out alive. Curious though if Palin was cured.

typical of the bristish, we are actually really sound, polite (most of us) and well mannerd people, untill you give us a pint and a football match, then we go nuts.

"Bad blood" isn't that a 14th century term? Leeches have medicinal uses (preventing blood buildup in areas of poor circulation and such), but just slapping them on for no reason makes no sense.
