An hour after I was released I filed a couple of open records request

I filed it with an honest and shining example of how an officer should behave himself while on duty. Officer Madarang has received a letter of comendation from me in the past. Once again he is showing that not all officers are rude and they all dont have power trips. He is a shining example of what the word public servant means.
