Need ur help!! I followed your steps to update my firmware for my cricut-I must be doing something wrong. Its not working. Cricut Design trial version is asking for serial number. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times-nothing!!! I've changed the "a" and "b" under prg files-nothing!! Any suggestions??

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!! You rock! Even with a hurt ankle. It worked. Do you have a website? And do you recommend using sure cuts a lot. Oh what is your blog? Your awesome. I have been trying for over 3 hrs to update my machine......YEAH!!!!
