The problem with the police is they take it personally when someone runs from them. They get so caught up in the moment, they act on emotions instead of logic. It is their job to apprehend and arrest the suspect. They took it one step further and decided to be judge and jury right there. It is the courts system that has the responsibility to PUNISH the offender, not the police. Cops are nothing but fucking bullies and thugs. To protect and serve, my ass. Man, the suspect got thrown from the vehicle...it's amazing he lived 1st of all. It's so messed up that the first thing the cops did was go and beat a man, who could already be inches from his life. I think they probably wanted to kill him or make sure he was dead. My opinion.
