  • ~(realizing there's been no comments in a year)~

What kind of cars are those? Are they both the same car? Because the vid was ever so slightly blurry - I couldn't identify the badges. Me thinks the blue one might have been a BMW harttop coupe 3 series...but the red one I'm thinking was an Italian make. Alfa Romeo, mebbe?

    Just curious.

  • They're both MGFs. Not brilliant cars, poorly built I think, but a good little run around. Not quite a BMW or Alfa I'm afraid!

  • what is the music?...feels very chilled out and 60's...its very like the music they played at the end of the Original "Italian Job" film from the 60's! GREAT!

  • Yep, it's "On Days Like These" by Matt Monro. It's on the soundtrack album to the film although it's at the beginning, not the end! It's on various Matt Monro albums too.

  • or the lambo which was killed on that road in The Italian Job

  • Wow. No WONDER I didn't recognize the cars!

Didn't MG get sold to the Chinese?

Still...looked like the drivers were having fun!

  • Great music and great scenery.

Have done it every year since 2002.

Will be back there with 15 cars in the middle of July.
