Mind/Psi vs. Spines/Regen CoH PvP

My first time ever playing a Mind/Psi Dom in the arena ever, against a Spines/Regen who told me he "destroyed Mind/Psi Doms". We'll let the video speak for itself.

I13 was a clusterfuck. HEAL DECAY? TRAVEL SUPPRESION? Other then that and the fact mez resist is useless it's fine. Oh and diminishing returns

I miss the old mind/psi personally, c uasenow they ain't even worth playin outside farming, unless you got a perma-ed out build.

Villians were way overpowered before I13, doms could easily lock down scrappers no questions asked. The new PvP however I think is more balanced but there is always a flavour of the month build out there that everyone uses to get around that.
