VK Lingam Video - Part III

This is the third unedited segment of the video tape recording showing VK Lingam engaged in a conversation with several people, including allegedly Ahmed Fairuz, on fixing judicial appointments, court cases, and winning favours from politicians and the Prime Minister.

In September 2007 Anwar Ibrahim released the recording of Malaysian lawyer VK Lingam engaged in a telephone conversation with Chief Justice Ahmed Fairuz about fixing judges and court cases. The conspiracy depicted in the video implicates the highest levels of power in the Malaysian government including the former Prime Minister.

After consistent demands for an independent investigation made by Anwar Ibrahim and the KeADILan party, a Royal Commission of Inquiry finally began its proceedings in January 2008.

The Commission, however, is mired in internal controversy as Commissioners face serious conflicts of interest based on their involvement in issues of corruption raised by the video tape and their relationship to people mentioned in it.

The Commission has also failed to call key witnesses to submit key evidence proving the widespread incidence of judicial corruption in Malaysia.

The whole world know Anwar was framed by Mahathir because Anwar refused to release Treasury money- millions (Citizens money) to bail Mahathir's Son. Soon after Mahathir took over finance post.

Correct. People are stupid. Because they are anti-Mahathir, they gleefully pounce upon videos like this to justify their belief that he is corrupt and no good.

Nobody has yet shown a video of the scheming rat-faced Anwar not really because he is that profession in hiding his misdeeds, but rather he is overconfident and similar things about him have not been dug out and exposed yet.

The Royal Commission set up by the BN government is a Fucking Joke - its members are people of dubious character,they are no better than the corrupt former Chief Justices Eusoff Chin and Ahmad Fairuz implicated in this Lingam video.Its chairman Haidar frequently stopped witnesses from giving evidences which might expose more corrupt or immoral acts committed by other ministers or high-powered people.This whole thing is a SHAM....Disgrace to Malaysia.
