@InuArchangel I think the whole video's gone? Not sure. anyways it's all up to Kishimoto. There needs to be a Sakura (female protagonist) who gets pushed by another female antagonist i.e. Ino. The fact is they're all weak compared to the guys and that sucks.

I might just not like Sakura because she reminds me of Sailor Moon, Orihime (Bleach), Ayeka (Tenchi Muyo), and every other anime female that I find annoying.

Well, Sakura isn't perfect. Hinata may win against her, I'd just have to see them training. Um, and Temari she is really strong. Also, you can't be mad at Sakura if Ino isn't as good as her in the Medical field. To make you feel a little better about Ino, she is better in Ninjutsu, than Sakura, which is what Asuma told her to do.

Yeah. debates should be fun, or else there isn't a point to them.

I believe Tsunade wouldn't have helped her because she'd see her as petty and weak; which she is at times I sincerely believe.

I figure all the kunoichi in the rookie 9 are great in their own way I just don't like Sakura. Maybe because the lead women or "perfect" women in most animes are weak and ridiculous and yet get stronger than everyone else; i.e. Sakura.

btw I'm enjoying this little debate ridiculous as it may seem, lol.

@BajanNeko What you aren't getting is that if she was wonderful Shizune would have probably asked Tsunade to help train her, to further her in Medical field. And if anything it is Ino's fault for not asking Tsunade to help her in her training.

Also, being a little lower than Tsunade is a great feat, especially in a little more than two years, the normal medic to reach Shizune's level takes probably 6 - 7 years.  So, honestly Ino herself is amazing in her own right.

I agree she saw potential but it was only acknowledged because she saw herself in Sakura's eyes. She knew at that point that she'd do pretty much anything to get stronger.

And Ino had no reason to show anything, she wasn't 'left behind' like Sakura. By the time she needed to be she wasn't strong enough to do anything. Heck Sakura took two years to get to the point she is now and that was with Tsunade's help. What'd Ino have? Suzune and basically no motivation? Yea, that's a level playing field.

Tsunade only tutored Sakura because she saw the desperation in her eyes. She already knew she was smart but her desperation to not be left behind or weak was what tipped the scales in Sakura's favour.

And let me rephrase myself: Ino has the POTENTIAL to be a better kunoichi than anyone else; even Sakura.The fact that she can use her mind to take you out is fact enough. Yes Sakura has booksmarts but her perfect chakra control is the same as Hinata's. She's just overhyped.
