Another really interesting film and food for thought for me personally as i was bought up in the hyper aggresive Kyokushin mentality of attack as the primary defense .

Try looking on google for clubs near your area if you can't find one try Muay Boran or Muay Lao. If you can find either then go with Muay Thai.
