A video taken from the cockpit of my Millennium rigid wing hang glider on the fourth day of competition. The Santa Cruz Flats Race is held each year in Casa Grande, AZ . Hang gliders are towed aloft by motorized ultrlaight aircraft and then must find lift while racing around a prescribed course. This day we flew a 55 mile triangle course and my camera batteries ran out before I landed at goal.

  • I'm switching! In my youngest days and best physical condition, that competition would have taken alot out me; you could have landed, jumped out and yelled, "let's go do it again the conditions are improving". >:) I do love my Sensor(s).

  • ballistic chute ? are wings more prone to stall?and can you recover?

  • that beeping is one beautiful sound when you are in one of these !

    wana have one !

  • I think it would be perfect to fly one of those without the beeping... It looks tranquil!!!
