Chicago City UFO sighting 19th december 2011

Yesterday I took this video of a UFO (Unidentified Flying Object) hovering above Chicago City. I have no idea what this is... If anybody has any idea please let me know because I am creeped out and have never believed in UFO's until seeing this thing. I have removed the sound from the video because there was Justin Bieber music playing in the background. Please rate, comment and subscribe. Thanks.
