Yes, it was fantastic, just as all their gigs have been. It's been reduced to "only" a 15-piece orchestra now, 'cause it's not easy to manage some 20-25 pro musicians to be in the same place at the same time. But it's great all the same. Hopefully, 2009 will bring them lots more gigs, and some recorded material as well.

Nah. It's a local band from Helsinki by the name of Aiyekooto (and his) Afrobeat International. The song's titled "Shebe" - not sure if that's how it's written at all. A foul word in Nigerian. The band won "Group of the Year" award in ´08 at the local Funk Awards. They haven't put out anything yet.
The band's going to perform next in Helsinki January 7th, In a few days, woo!
