Her promiscuity is revolting and @ 1:42 is even more repugnant. I suspect she makes this comparison to make herself look 'not as bad' and the fact she had to make that comparison with a 'friend' with 300 penises on her resume (not to mention your occasional STD no doubt) shows her 'numbers' are very high.
