researchers at Intel and CMU are collaborating on a ne wform of programmable matter that cna create moving, physical 3D objects by using thousands to millions of tiny, robotic modules. This video is a piece key piece of dynmic physical rendering, demostrating a new modular robot developed based on electric-fields to hold modules together.
