I totally agree- Another southern gentleman who carried on that old American tradition of story-telling. I had a chance to see him in Texas when I was in the Air Force but I didn't go. I wish I had.
It's a nylon string. He used to always play steel strings. Might be softer on his fingers. Nice guitar, I think he may just be hitting the bass a bit hard.
what kind of guitar is that it looks and sound about like one from wal mart. ive got to say he's still got the voice. it hasnt changed a bit. that guitar though he could use a better one
