@fowzie777 Oh,and I would rather have no promises than false,and deceitful promises.I would rather make my own purpose for life,then have to be told I'm "intelligently designed" by some god who made my purpose for life and is too busy being invisible and so he can't display evidence for his existence that doesn't require faith.

I'll give you a counter for that argument:Let's say you love junk food.Then you meet someone who has decided to eliminate it from their diet.You would never quit eating junk food and don't think anyone else can just stop eating it as well.So you say back to him "Well you just never had the right junk food to make you keep eating it"...Does this sound familiar?
