This is a demo of how noodles are made by hand in Vietnam. No knives, no cutting! Just roll and stretch, roll and stretch.
Video taken in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon).

@denisefan in Vietnam we use both wheat and rice flour to make noodle not just only rice flour:
rice flour: Bun, Bun Bo Hue, Pho, Hu Tieu, Banh Canh,Mien, Banh Hoi ect
white flour: Mi. Mi Quang, Cao Lau ... and of course instant noodle =)
