please do reply.. if we put brown paper in the mould before baking, then will it help to avoid burning?

@jshaaz I don't know if brown paper would help you or not. You might want to crush the paper up before you put it into the bread pan, so that it's irregular and there are some air spaces.
The important thing is to give a little insulation/air space, which I got by using the oatmeal. Give it a try and see what happens! I burned a few loaves figuring out this method- see what works for you. Good luck.

Do you mean a silicone pan?
I do use silicone pans in my electric oven to bake bread and I love using them- in the oven. For this stove-top method I only used metal pans, with the oil and oatmeal coating. I think the temperature might be too hot for a silicone pan on the top of the stove.
