That's not a tiger centipede ! Tiger pede's legs are longer and their head looks a lil different.

@deIced It's a Payson locality. One of the largest of the species at 6-7 inches in legspan. The Southwest has a wide variety of S. polymorpha, hence the name.

Is it true Tiger Centipedes are burrowers ? that you nearly don't see them ?

They're not deep burrowers. I usually find them under rocks, though they will take the opportunity to occupy empty burrows of other animals.
