Having said all this.........the ship itself is Fabulous. It's just a shame that the company only seems interested in you whilst trying to get your custom.....once they've done that, they just don't care........What a shame!!

I've now decided not to do their excursions or use the Personal Trainers because of their poor customer service in gfailing to answer me on 8 occasions. I've recently found you can save over $120 per person per excursion by booking with "Rome-in-Limo" when getting off the NCL Epic in Italy. NCL'S excursions are extortionate with much better prices for tours being easily accessible at the ports of call

The customer service of NCL absolutely sucks. I've been a customer of theirs twice in the last year doing cruises in both the carribean and soon again in the Med. I've contacted them 8 times via phone and email asking them questions about facilities and on board activities only to be promised each time that someone from NCL will call me with the answer. I've recieved not one email or call from them
