@NyanNeko456 1) silence is pretty worthless vs xin zhao. Don't count that as cc to counter him.
2) I said a team that can't cc them. That's not limited to teams that don't have enough cc's.
Also, it's a pretty low amount of CC. They don't have any guaranteed cc's (granted kennen has to be real bad no to stun a target), and the ones they have are short duration. Also mind that if those two squishy mages get focussed down, they're cc-less.
