Eureka! It was used during specific sequences in the children's classic movie; "The Snowman". I can't believe how far this tune brought me back; haven't seen that age old film in little more than two decades. I loved those sequences as a kid but that was before the internet was what it is now. So, I couldn't listen to it ever unless a teacher brought it in for the class in elementary school. The memory just slid into obscurity past those hazy days.
