@TheLeoAndujar because it is DROP D, so means it still the D's chord, but lower from the standard D sound. for instance, u may look at keyboard key, n u'll find many chords (from A to G) repeated almost 3 times. so u would notice that there would be many KEY of each chord.

thr is an easier way...just make the 7th fret on the Estring sound the same as an open A string
