  • not everybody has workout equipment at home so why not do a workout video without any equipment?

  • I swear nowadays you have be as thin as Kate Moss in order to have a nice body. No wonder so many girls have body issues. We all have diffrent body type and you can't change that, some a skinny, some are tone, some are curvy and some will always have a little extra. We need to be happy with out selves first.

  • I agree that not everyone has workout equipment, thats why she says (key word) INVEST. go to costco, canadian tire....you can get a few cheap ones, for less than the price of a 1 month good gym membership. You can workout legs, abs and butt all without equipment, which is what I do. I have a small gym in my building, so when I want to use professional equipment I can, but when I want to just stay in, I use heavier canned goods.
