@ruggy19 Hi hater

@eddyvideostar Rocksteady/Ska music, the original Ska, was a pre-cursor to reggae, and as toasting was generally undertaken to reggae/dub it was the prequel to hip hop music. Toasting wasn't really a genre, American Rap is a genre, like Rocksteady and Ska music. I understand what you mean, but I mean the same, I just didn't mention toasting in my last post.

@Guerillatoker. American rap, as Jay-Z and others, came from the Jamaican toasting/DJ/MC/Rap from the late 1950's, from Prince Buster, U-Roy, I-Roy in the early 1960s. The early Jamaican Ska/Blue Beat music had come from the US R&B and jazz. I call it Jamaican Jazz.
