she didn't call back because she didn't know the number. CO phone numbers do not register on caller ID's and she didn't work at that CO, she was a supervisor at Cosmos which is an entirly different department. She prolly called her office to get the number for that CO and by the time that number was in her hand Kevin and Steve were most likely in their car laughing.
