An answer to your comment...
When you enter the state of hypnosis for the first time each subsequent time you go into that state faster and deeper. It is a natural human response. it seems as if though the videos are getting better when in reality your mind and body are adapting to that state! :)

cheers for doing another relaxation video, wish that you could somehow combine the poetry with your relaxation into one video, that would be ultimate relaxation!
