Standing Firm Against Partner Violence

Diane P. Holder, President & CEO of UPMC Health Plan, discusses the impact that intimate partner violence can have on the workplace and the key steps that her organization is taking to combat this issue. UPMC formed a strategic partnership with STANDING FIRM: The Business Case to End Partner Violence, a regional initiative to educate employers about the effect of partner violence on their workforce and workplace safety. Together, they hope that other Western Pennsylvania employers will join this important initiative and take steps to address partner violence in their organization.
