  • @ChefBitoy hi chef what is the yield for 1 roll of morcon? :)

  • @egguidote09 around 6 - 1 inch slices.

  • wow sarappppp...thx for sharing your recipe!

  • @lorfred1975 Walang anuman..... (",)

  • i like your video thanks but please don't use MSG

  • @yanoster Thank you for your suggestion, I heard a lot of negative feedback on glutamate that's why MSG in my recipe is always an option. The MSG until now, are not yet tagged by world Food and Drug agencies as hazardous food additive like potassium nitrate and is still widely used in commercial food products like snacks and seasoning, and they use a lot! I hope that information dissemination on the danger of using MSG becomes more clear and official and alternative product should be suggested.

  • hi Chef Bitoy! How can I order this?

  • @yanoster I look at MSG this way, I look at it as, something that some people might be ALLERGIC to and should be avoided. Kind of like, peanuts. some people are highly allergic to peanuts but that does not mean we are all going to condemn peanuts. I'm not an advocate for MSG or anything like that but I always think for myself after I look at things in a fair and factual way. and always think outside the box and don't just believe the hype and what people are saying without reasonable logic.
