NOTE: NONE of the European countries, not Sweden, not Norway, not even Russia, are SOCIALIST! If you make a profit (buy for $1 and sell for $2) IT'S NOT SOCIALISM! If you own a house, IT'S NOT SOCIALISM! If you have a business, IT'S NOT SOCIALISM! Socialism prohibits ALL of the above!

  • @TheTollundWoman You should read more about the Libyan Jamahiriya. So yes, there was racial equality even for barbers, afros, Asian, Arab, alike and religious freedom and equality for Jews, Christians, Orthodox, Hindu, Buddist, atheists etc and all had freedom of worship. In libya there is a community of 15,000 Jews 50,000 Christians who had equal rights like all other Libyans, not under the racist NATO imposed terror squads who brutally massacred hundreds of Afro emigrants.

  • @jpete3027666 ignorant fool! it's called imperialism. which in turn is the HIGHEST FORM OF CAPITALISM. the state itself is a product of the capitalist idea. so why do you think that state capitalism is not capitalism too? oh, yeah, thats right, it's because it doesn't fit your narrow minded narration of "how awesome the free market is".

  • The State is necessary for socialism. Banking is an extension of the state. Capitalism is free marks, property rights and laissez-faire. Grow up people. Capitalism is abundance, socialism is starvation and misery.

  • @BuecherFuerAlle The state is a product of capitalism? LOL! Capitalism -- that is free markets and private ownership of the means of production -- wasn't really invented until 1776 and Adam Smith's book The Wealth of Nations. Before then we had mercantilism, a form of corporate state socialism, and Adam Smith sought to raise the living standards of the poor by encouraging economic growth. To say the state came from capitalism is unfounded mumbo jumbo.
