LIGHTS OUT: Chaos in Bowling Green

On October 9, 2000, the entire city of Bowling Green, Ohio (including the BGSU campus) was without any electricity. Chaos reined, lives were lost, and anarchy ruled. And luckly, I was there to document EVERYTHING!
