@akkarocker703 dying fetus not technical? you have to be kidding me. i like necrophagist and all but their music has no soul it feels, obscura may not be as tech all the time but it feels better. listen to defeated sanity for a technical band with some feel, and they have history with necrophagist and obscura

My friend suggested that I take a listen to some technical death metal. I didn't really enjoy it. However instead of just saying, "TECH DEATH IS AWFUL," I'll say, "I guess this just isn't my kind of music."
If you don't like a song, it's not the song's fault. It's nobody's fault. It's just how your brain is wired.

this is all Brutal Tech Death. Necrophagist is just normal Tech Death. You're just some closeminded fuck who hates everything that's not brutal and underground...in other words, you're just some insecure metal fan who hates bands simply because they have a more popular sound. you need to open your mind to new things every once in a while. i didn't really care for Necrophagist the first time i heard them, but i started liking them later, and i still like ll these other bands.
