@gargantuate I agree with you about the rave scene, the raves and events back then were sooo much better than today but I was refering to the music itself. I mean when we were all going nuts to ellis dee other people were listeneing to 2 unlimited and capella. The same today, amongst all the crap there are producers such as nero and Danny Byrd making some really good music.

@evil2nz nah mate,the music of today has nowhere near the same energy of the tunes of the early 90s,and also people reminising about these tunes,well 9/10 of them would have been to raves and lived the experience,5/10 these days have only listened to CD's and haven't even been to a "rave" i go out rarely these days but do venture out and the vibes in the clubs are nowhere near what it was,also visited by less people than the early 90s making for less people searching in the future.

I'm fed up of so many people saying how shit the rave music of today compared to back in the day, yes there were some truly amazing and inspiring tracks around the early 90;s and this ranks up there with the best of them but there was also a lot of rubbish around at the same time. The same goes for today, there are some great tracks being produced now in amongst all the trashand we will probably be you-tubing them in 10 years time saying how great they were back in 2011
