In response to agolosha:
1 Batman Begins did. TDK is a sequel.
2 This is, of course a matter of opinion. Most critics found most of the actors to be top-notch, and I must agree.
3 Actually, there was little CGI. the cars chase, for example, had almost no CGI. I don't remember thinking 'oh, that's ovbiously CGI.'
4 If by 'poor' you mean not well made, the facts do not agree. They spent millions creating the film. However, if by 'poor' you mean ugly, you are certainly free to hold that opinion.
