I'm listening and taking action

I am kind of shrill here. Made this right after watching I'm Listening from Victory Fund for the first time and heard what State Rep. Sally Kern said when she thought no one was listening. But we are listening. I was mad as hell and wasn't gonna take it anymore! Getting angry is better than feeling disempowered, right? Sorry for the sound quality.

The next day I made a much better video and uploaded it at my other channel at onemantwodogs....you might want to just go there and watch that one first.

It is essential that we expose this apparently ignorant woman who is spouting divisiveness and hate on our tax dollars! It is a betrayal of public trust.

In her recorded speech, Sally Kern is like a vortex of ignorance, prejudice and hate in political office. The sheer nastiness of it all got hold of me for a while, as you hear in this video. It's so easy to get caught up in that chain of pain. But then I realized that hating her just feeds into her game and gives her power. If we let her drag us down to her level, she and her kind win, and gain power over us. Just look how this whole issue has brought the haters out in force. Haters love company. Hating them back feeds them, like orcs.

We have to rise above these people and this issue with intelligence, wisdom, courage and love, even if it seems they have none.

And VOTE. Take part in the democratic process to make sure those in office really do represent us.

the "Bible Ban Bathroom Bill" (SB 200 -- now law) I was protesting not only welcomes men wearing dresses into your daughter's shower room, it bans books like mine and ... the Bible.

Entire issue here is about everyone, no matter who or what you are. This is against the separation of church and state. No one should go along with that law being broken. It could happen to you. It is descrimination at it's most obvious. She should be ousted out of office and tried in court.
