We can make the separation of corporation and state by taking powers away from the government...if the power isn't there to be abused then we will not suffer as a People under those abused powers. Simple, huh?

I love the idea of a two year limit because the point of government is to protect liberties...what about banning fluoride in the water supply? Thanks to ANOTHER federal government mandate, 70% of the cities in the US add incredibly toxic and dangerous fluoride under the guise of it increasing dental hygiene. I have worked with a radioactive isotope that has a health rating of four and we had very strict guidelines about how to handle it...and we put fluoride in our water supply?!?!

There is a bit of a misconception about the ENTIRETY of Glass-Stegal because there is alot to that bill that also changes the regulation of the insurance industry at the federal level that took powers away from the people...now we can't buy insurance policies across state lines and rates are jacked up because insurance works fine with a good percentage of healthy people and a large enough group to make the risk worth the time. We should've have all gotten more pissed off after Aaron Russo's film: Freedom to Facism....I mean there is a completely legitimate question that not only the 16th Amendment was never properly ratified, therefore is not legal, but the tax code implicitly says "voluntary compliance" to the ENTIRE tax code....the only people that pay taxes are those that are too poor to afford the right people to find the right loopholes.

They do have a right to do a weapons pat down...just say, "Officer, I'm not resisting, but I DO NOT consent to a search" and let them pat you down...if they dig through your pockets that is illegal and just wait for your lawyer to file a motion to suppress.
