  • Holy shit that is strong... with a fat bar too. How do you drive with your feet tucked back like that? I recently started benching with my feet back like this as well and it has helped tremendously with keeping my butt down. The only issue is I collapse sometimes when I bring it down to my chest, was just wondering if you had any tips.
