@wc91 I disagree on two counts; first, I find that, at least as far as my perception goes, arcade fire is much better than radio head and secondly, you mean 'is of equal caliber to' not '=', with would imply that they are exactly the same in every way.

If you ask me, this song is about looking inside of yourself to find the answers you seek. The bottle represents a question the man cannot answer. Everybody else is looking at the TV-headed guy, which presents no answers at all. So he travels into the lair underground, escaping from all of his doubts and hostilities (pyramid people), and then he finds the answer himself. This song isn't about the answer to what happens to us, it's about FINDING the answer of what happens to us.
Brilliant.

I can't stand Radiohead. But i was a fan of The Suburbs & have since picked up & enjoyed every Arcade Fire album.

@wc91 Radiohead and Arcade Fire could be anything other than polar opposites... I don't see the logic behind your comparisons other than the fact that they are both indie.
