  • Before my disciples jump all over you, let me hip you to the fact that the groove comes from the inside of the groovers and having the insight and the skill to drop the sounds at the right spot and time, also known as good taste is where its at; which calls for some sense of imagination. Keep on wachin'. Your feed back is appreciatted.

  • Well Sir, you are awesome.

  • Very cool to see a video of you Jerry. Last time I saw you was the Jaco interview :) rock on man!!

  • PROUD TO SAY HE WAS MY FIRST BASS INSTRUCTOR!!! GO JERRY!

  • @jayjem22 You are the greatest man! I still watch the Jaco interview and it blwos my mind even today. Thanks for the breakdown and keep up the groove!

  • Jerry "FINGERS" Jemmott???!

  • How the hell does he groove when he isn't playing any notes!!!

  • very cool Jerry!!!!

  • When someone asks me who my influences are, I always say James Jamerson, Sherman Holmes and Jerry Jermott. I used catch you when you played at Dan Lynch's back in the 80's and would always try and sneak a minute or two to pick your brain. Thanks for helping shape me into the mucisian and bass player I've grown to become.
