Is Jesus Christ God or just a prophet?
What does the Bible say about the identity of Jesus Christ?
Why is the question over Jesus' true identity so important?
The Islamic view of Jesus lies between two extremes. The Jews, who rejected Jesus as a Prophet of God, called him an impostor.
The Christians, on the other hand, considered him to be the son of God and worship him as such.
Islam considers Jesus to be one of the great prophets of God and respects him as much as Ibrahim (Abraham), Moses, and Mohammed.
"Christianity and Islam."
Shabir ally vs. William Lane Craig
A truly remarkable series of four debates held at four Canadian universities on four different questions.
Tape 4: "Who is the true Jesus?: The Jesus of the Bible or the Jesus of the Qur'an?"
Craig argues on the basis of standard criteria of authenticity that the historical Jesus had a divine self-understanding, while Ally maintains that personal claims to divinity are inauthentic.

it even says in the bible in zechariah 2:10 " shout and be glad o daughters of zion. For I am coming and will live among you, declares the lord". This is God saying he is going to come down in human form and dwell among us humans. A.K.A Jesus!

Jesus not only showed himself once...but many days he spent teaching after his ressurection. He even showed Thomas his hands where he was nailed to the cross. An angel appeared to the woman and spoke to them at his tomb that Christ is no longer here but has risen from the grave! Also the book of Matthew says that when Christ rose from the dead, many of the tombs of the saints opened up and many rose up from the dead and walked about the town showing this miracle.

Show me the scriptures where Christs disciples denyed him as a true prophet at the time of crucifixion.

Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." ---Matthew 28:18-20 Now see, you cant just pick and choose what parts of the Quran or Bible you want to believe! Its all or nothing!

I disagree with the part that says Jesus's disciples could not believe in him because he was crucified as a blastphemer. No, only peter denied knowing Christ because he was in fear of his life and was afraid that if he told he was a follower,,he would also be killed. No where in the bible does it say that Christs disciples did not believe in him until his ressurection!
